Hello again!

Valves are now OK, the gearbox and diff have oil. No problem there. But now I have another question:

I have difficulties with engaging reverse and sometimes 3rd gear too. The joints of gear shift levers seem OK and also the "locking device" near the bottom end of the stick works fine. So I think the problem is either inside the gearbox or in the adjustment of the levers. Does anyone have an idea on how to adjust the shifting mechanism?
